Tickets on Sale Friday for the 9th Annual Maui Brewers Festival Saturday, May 13, 2017
One of Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s signature fundraisers and a Maui favorite, the Maui Brewers Festival, returns this year for the 9th annual ‘Brews & Food’ event Saturday, May 13. VIP and General Admission tickets go on sale Friday, March 17 at 10:00 am. The event, taking place in the MACC’s A&B Amphitheater, will again showcase over 80 craft brews from breweries in Hawai‘i and on the Mainland, as well as a wide range of delicious food offerings from many of Maui’s finest chefs, caterers and other food purveyors.
This year’s music lineup includes Brian & Meryl, Riddum Station and Shea Butter and The Cream.
There will be more than 40 breweries participating in the festival, its largest number ever, including 13 from Hawai‘i—all carefully selected because of their commitment to making craft beer with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and locally sourced ingredients. As always, all food is included in the ticket price! Attendees will enjoy ono grinds from 26 local restaurants and caterers, featuring both savory and sweet temptations.
Prices of this year’s tickets and brew tastings included have been adjusted in order to be in compliance with a new Maui County amendment. VIP tickets are $95 and General Admission tickets are $45 and both will include two 4-ounce pours. Additional brew tastes will be available via scrip (cash only) on the day of the event for $3 per 4oz. pour. ATM’s will be available on site.
VIP tickets include early entry at 2:00 pm for “Happy Hour” until 3:30 pm, with exclusive access to Rare Beer Tastings offered in different locations spread throughout the entire event this year along with a handy beer caddy lanyard.
General admission tickets include entry at 3:30 pm. All tickets include two 4 oz. beer tastings, a commemorative glass for beer sampling, delicious tastes from 26 Maui food vendors, and parking. In addition to the fun live music, guests can also enter to win prizes donated by the participating breweries, restaurants, and the MACC.
The 2017 event prices include general admission tickets at $45 and VIP tickets are $95. All are subject to applicable facility fees. To purchase, visit or call the MACC Box Office at 242-SHOW or log on to MauiArts.org. The MACC Box Office is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Maui Brewers Festival is open to adults 21 years and over with a current valid photo ID.
Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit the MACC’s many educational programs for students, teachers, and seniors, as well as the many free events offered to the Maui County community.
