25th Annual First Hawaiian Bank Troy Barboza Law Enforcement Torch Run a Huge Success

The Maui Police Department hosted the 25th Annual First Hawaiian Bank Troy Barboza Law Enforcement Torch Run on Saturday, May 3, 2014. The event was a success with more than 200 participants from the Maui Police Department, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, Hawaii Air National Guard, Det. 15, AFRL (United States Air Force), United States Coast Guard, Transportation Security Agency Securitas, American Medical Response, Maui Ki-Aikido, Prosecutor’s Office, Maui Community Correctional Center, United States Customs and Border Protection. This year, a special concert was held to celebrate the 25th Anniversary with entertainers Josh Kahula and friends, Zenshin Daiko, Clay Mortensen, Ata Damasco, and Homestead with all proceeds from the concert and the Torch Run will help the Special Olympics Maui program for their athletes.
