We expect lighter than normal winds through next week. Sea breezes will likely produce clouds and showers over interior and leeward areas during the afternoons and evenings. All weekend we will have light and variable winds to about 10 mph, becoming SE for some spots in the afternoon at about 15 mph. Partly sunny skies in the morning, scattered showers in the afternoon. Highs climbing into the mid 80’s. Locally hazy skies. (It’s important to note that the image shows the predicted SO2 concentrations in the vog. However, SO2 is a very heavy gas and falls out of the air relatively quickly. The hazy particles can still remain so it’s likely to “look” hazier than even the forecast below predicts.)
After a slew of advisories yesterday, today there are no watches/advisories/warnings posted. Yay! Will keep an eye out for you though in case any pop up.
