MPD Seeks Information in Pacific Biodiesel Sunflower Farm Theft

The Maui Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in a theft investigation.

Authorities say that sometime between June 25 and June 26, unknown person(s) unlawfully entered onto Pacific Biodiesel’s sunflower farm located on the northeast corner of Honoapiilani Highway and Kuihelani Highway in Wailuku.

While on the property the person(s) broke into a Matson container by cutting the lock on the doors. The unknown person(s) stole multiple mechanic tools and equipment from the Matson container valued at $8,170.00 before fleeing the area.
