Lingering rain expected for windward and upcountry areas

Friday, a cool start in the middle 60s then temperatures slowly warm to the lower 80s. Winds will decrease slightly but it’ll still be breezy at 10-20 mph out of the east. Most spots will be dry with a few lingering rains for windward spots. Higher rain chances next week as moisture levels increase. As of now it looks like most of the rains will be focused windward and upcountry with a few passing showers for Central/West Maui.
