Sky Divers Rescued after making water landing in Hana Bay

On Monday, February 18, 2019 at approximately 12:15pm Maui fire crews responded to a report of tandem sky divers in the ocean near Hana airport.

Engine 7 (Hana) arrived on scene and met with a representative from Maui Sky Diving who provided directions to the sky divers. Hana Fire Ski 7 was launched and made contact with the sky divers about 200 yards offshore and reported no injuries. Both parties are brought to shore at Hana Bay.
