California Authorizes Randall Saito’s Extradition to Hawai`i

Randall T. Saito was served on Friday in San Joaquin Superior Court with a Governor’s Warrant, issued by the State of California, authorizing Mr. Saito’s extradition back to Hawaii, Attorney General Doug Chin announced.
