The Judiciary today announced the following policy regarding Hawaiian language interpreters during courtroom proceedings: The Judiciary will provide or permit qualified Hawaiian language interpreters to the extent reasonably possible when parties in courtroom proceedings choose to express themselves through the Hawaiian language.
