Male visitor, 57, from Kansas dies at Keawakapu Beach Park

On 10/29/14 at about 12:12 p.m., Police, Fire, and Medics personnel were assigned to Keawakapu Beach Park, Kihei, Maui for an adult male victim who was reported to be unresponsive while in the ocean. TSA Finds Cannon Barrel in Maui Traveler’s Luggage

A canon was found in the checked bag of a United Airlines passenger traveling to SFO on 10/20/14 at approximately 9:00 p.m. The cannon wasn’t loaded. UPDATE: Male visitor, 80, dies in accident at Black Rock

On Sunday 10/26 at 12:08 PM, Firefighters and Ocean Safety Personnel, responded to 2605 Kaanapali Parkway for a missing swimmer. A search began for the male, 80 years of age, last seen just north of Black Rock, approximately 20 feet off the pier.
