Maui Police Department officers responded to a residence in Kahului Tuesday at about 11:30 p.m. for a domestic violence complaint involving a 26-year-old female and an off-duty MPD officer. The County of Maui’s Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division is unable to process vehicle registrations and driver’s licenses due to the failure of a State Mainframe system.
