Updated at 3 p.m. During a period of stormy conditions around 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, about 3,130 customers in parts of Wailuku and Waikapu area experienced an outage when a tree branch came down on power lines along W. Vigil Planned in Remembrance of Those Killed by Domestic Violence
